Information for Prospective PhD Students

My research group is launching at Georgia Tech in Fall 2027! We will develop geometry- and structure-informed computational methods for probabilistic modeling and inference, encompassing Bayesian inference, uncertainty quantification, generative modeling, and data science. We will also collaborate with domain scientists and engineers to bring advanced methods for probabilistic inference to problems in the physical and life sciences and engineering.

I anticipate hiring 1-2 PhD students to join me at Georgia Tech starting in Fall 2027. Ideal candidates will have strong backgrounds in applied or computational mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering and be proficient in at least one programming language.
